(Previously Underpinned Properties) offers the chance of full
insurance for properties that have previously suffered from
subsidence. Our inspection fee
amounts to £146.88 but is refunded if full insurance (including the
perils of subsidence, landslip and heave) is not given - admin
charge of £25.
